RJM Music Technology was founded in 2003 by lifelong guitar player and guitar gear geek Ron Minelli, who had realized that there were certain needs for guitar systems that were not met by the existing products in the market. Addressing these needs became the focus for RJM Music Technology.

Since then RJM have released a slew of innovative high-end guitar related products, provided products and services to some of the best professional guitarists in the world and have done work for several other guitar industry companies like Friedman Amps, Egnater Amplification, Fuchs Audio Technology and Diamond Amplification. 

RJM Music Technology is perhaps best known for their industry leading cutting edge Midi controllers like the Mastermind GT series, their pedal board controller & loop systems from the Mastermind PCB series and their loops systems.
